Flexiseller Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Immediate Cancellation: You can cancel your order right after placing it. However, if the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate the cancellation request.

2. Return Policy

Flexiseller offers a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • The item must be in the same condition as when received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, call the helpline number mentioned on your invoice within 5 days of receiving your package for fast returns.
    • Alternatively, you can contact us at support@flexiseller.com within 5 days.
    • Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and provide you with return instructions.

3. Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
  • Any damage or defect must be reported to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

5. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is approved.

6. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Process:
    • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Customers will be required to provide their bank account details for the refund process. These details will be requested during the refund initiation.
